If you identify as female, are 25 years or older, and are interested in becoming part of our next applicant class, please read all of the following carefully and complete the application below.

We meet in person every Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 or 9:30 pm and occasionally on other days or evenings for Esbats or Sabbats. Our meetings are held in Buford (near the Mall of Georgia) and in Lilburn (near the Red Lobster). We do rotate between several members' homes, so you must be available to drive to both locations.

Before applying, please use Google Maps (or the equivalent) to check the distance and drive-time from your home or workplace during weekday evening traffic. Many past applicants have underestimated the commute, which made attendance difficult, resulting in them being asked to leave. Weekly attendance is mandatory.

Cost:

$100 every six months for in-person class instruction, plus $25 per month for dues. This averages out to about $42 a month.

Refund Policy: Your tuition covers the cost of instruction, materials, and to make sure you have everything you need as a student. Because of this, we are not able to offer refunds. That said, if something comes up and you cannot attend the Applicant classes, we’d be happy to welcome you into the next round when we reopen membership.

​If your application is approved:

1. You will be emailed a more thorough questionnaire to complete. Based on your responses to the application and the questionnaire, we will decide whether to move forward with an interview.  

2. Selected applicants will then proceed through a two-stage interview process.

3. Those who continue to show promise will be invited to begin a self-directed book study course while we gather a cohort of approximately 7 to 10 individuals. (This may take up to six months.) These assignments are required in order for us to learn that you are committed to becoming a Prospective Member.

4. Upon successful completion of this phase, a select number of participants will be invited to continue their journey with us, and in-person weekly class instruction will begin.

The introductory weekly in-person classes will last approximately four months, paired with independent study. This is a trial phase, and the coven will vote at the conclusion of this period for those who will be selected as Prospective Members and continue with us.
